Terms and Conditions of Sale
ORDER TERMS:
We work hard to get our customers THE very best pricing. In the case of end-of-life parts, pricing is heavily market driven. Prices will be ex-warehouse NZ.
RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your parts for any reason within 10 days of delivery, you may return themโ no questions asked. We accept returns that are still under warranty, simply contact your account manager with your work order number and reasons for return. We will work with you to issue a refund. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure to return material in the original packaging and ensure that it is still in saleable condition.
Additional Terms
All orders are subject to and are not binding until their acceptance by Advanced Electronics Ltd. and, in the case of Products not held in stock by Advanced Electronics Ltd. , confirmation by Advanced Electronics Ltd . Advanced Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to accept or decline acceptance of any order in its absolute discretion. Where Products are sold by description or by r eference to a sample, Advanced Electronics Ltd. will use its best endeavours to supply Products complying with such description or sample . H owever, Advanced Electronics Ltd. shall not be liable for any variation in the Products that is beyond its control . Any technical advice offered or given in connection with the use of any Products is an accommodation to the Buyer without charge. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to satisfy itself as to the suitability and use of any Products purchased and the selle r is not liable or responsible in any way for the content or use of any advice given.
Delivery
The Buyer acknowledges that the Products shall be deemed to be delivered to the Buyer at the time the Products leave Advanced Electronics Ltd. โs premises notwi thstanding that the Products may be in transit or in the possession of Advanced Electronics Ltd. โs delivery agent. The Buyer shall pay all delivery and freight costs, charges, taxes or levies. All claims for errors or short delivery shall be made within 5 days of delivery. Advanced Electronics Ltd. will use its best endeavours to deliver Products in the timeframes stipulated by the Buyer in its order, however, Advanced Electronics Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss to the Buyer caused by any delay and t he Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the order.
